- Acted for Happy World Property on becoming a public company and its introduction on the Development & Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.
- Acting as Mauritian legal advisor to Grit Real Estate Income Group Limited (“Grit”) in respect of its listing on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange. We subsequently advised Grit on its migration to Guernsey whilst retaining its presence and listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.
- Assisting Pan-European Logistics Property Holdings Limited, a company investing in real estate opportunities, in connection with the structuring and conduct of a private capital raising and listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
- Acting for South Suez PE Investments Ltd, a company focused on African private equity opportunities, on its listing on the Official List of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.
- Acting as legal advisor to AEGIDE DOMITYS and 2Futures on the EUR 58.5 million structuring and capital raise for the construction of Le Domaine de Grand-Baie. The innovative nature of the capital structure, which comprised equity, a structured bond issue of multiple tranches, maturities and security status and a syndicated loan facility, required expert advice and a bespoke drafting of the transaction documents.
- Advising a government-owned investment company on establishment of a note programme of MUR 1 billion.
- Advising a statutory entity in the sugar industry to raise debt capital of MUR 1.5 billion.
- Advising African Rainbow Capital Investments Limited in respect of the listing of its shares on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
- Advising on the inaugural listing of depositary receipts on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius by African Export-Import Bank.
